Satisfaction guarantee:
If you are not pleased with the purchased goods, you can return them within 7 days. Return the goods in original packaging with all accessories in original condition and we will credit the value of the products.
Costs of returns:
Do not send products to us without contacting us in advance. If it should be necesarry to return a product, please send it with all accessories and in original packaging. If you dislike the products, you have to bear the costs of returning the goods yourself. For warranty claims, we will decide case by case, if the product needs to be returned, or can be repaired by a local partner. We cannot accept returns by COD (cash on delivery).

Product Condition:
Unless especially indicated, all products are new from the factory and in original condition. Used instruments and instruments that were on display are reduced in price. The product description in our online shop will contain all details if a product is not new. All products are quality assured and double-checked before they are shipped.
Faulty products:
All products are carefully checked before they are shipped. We ship all products with transport insurance. The insurance fee is included in the shipping fee. If you should have any problems with the products, please contact us immediately. In case of damages due to transportation the local shipping company will handle the insurance in cooperation with us. It will be necessary that you support us by reporting the damages locally. You will receive the full amount paid by the insurance.
